Mission accomplished. 220 volt run to boat house and new gas line run to house. Not in the same trench. Hope they both pass inspection tomorrow.

I know the gas line has to be 18 inches down. Is it the same for the electrical. I have had to dig a couple times for a gas line. Water is a beast. Roughly between 36 and 48 inches. Just make sure it is below the ground freeze line.

Getting oh so close.

Anyway power here needs to be at least 2'/24"/60cm below ground, gas I have no idea about, but my water here in the Aussie highlands had to be 6"/150mm to get below the freeze line (though we don't get the big freezes that you guys get there).

Cheers.

Gas was 18" except under driveway where they wanted 24" Electrical is 2-6 inches. It's exposed in places. I just left existing conduit and wire in place making repairs where it had broken over the years. I found my water service (before cutting into it) at 12 inches. I don't think much is to code out here. Ground water is 18 inches.

One day I'd like to put in a concrete driveway and take out the cracked concrete that is part of the concrete the home is sitting on and gravel that serves as My driveway, about 63'x11'x4". The concrete in My lot is severely cracked cause my 13.5'x60' home is sitting on top of part of it, the concrete was a driveway at one time, but is not long enough to reach under My front steps which will have to be either repaired or replaced cause of dry rot, the park is OLD.

Right now I'm having work done on my car, an oil leak is next and I bought 2 FelPro rubber gaskets today, one for the valve cover and one for the oil pan.

I've replaced 2 front tires, 2 rear struts, next the oil leak, buy a pair of new shoes for me at zappos, install 2 engine mounts as the other 2 were replaced about a year back at a shop that is out of business now, install an adjustable steering column, install 2 Moog front struts plus do an alignment, Ford will do the work, and Allstar Glass will replace the cracked windshield.

I also have to buy 10 gallons of exterior paint and primer(Bright Star RGB=221:226:228) in February so the park can paint the outside of my home from the HomeDepot, the HD will deliver.

Waffles sound really good right now. But it would take to long to find the waffle maker. Oh well, maybe this weekend.

Winning for now.
This this not political. Just a very nice opinion. Biden is kicking tRump out of the hot seat today. At least this guy has some experience as the Vice President for Obama. May the next four years be better.
