Streets are getting nasty again. Freezing up now the suns down. Don’t plan to go anywhere soon. Mother Nature dumped six inches of snow across the landscape in front of my front door. Weatherman says a 40% chance of more. Oh joy.

Sounds like 2008 here, We got 6" of snow then and I live the desert. Be careful and stay warm & safe.

I have the thermostat set at 73°f. It is turning on and off fairly regularly. So I am not worried unless the power goes out.

I'd be coughing at 73F, so mine is set at 79F, dang asthma, I'm somewhat like Mr Freeze in a way, I drink My diet Pepsi cola at room temperature, I don't like to cough.

I spent some money on the front door which was leaky and so next month should be better since the front door no longer leaks and was professionally weatherstripped. The weatherstripping I'd bought a month or so back, it should help, that and some spray foam for the leaky back bathroom window. Weatherstripping is an inexpensive fix and getting a park employee to install it on My home is fantastic, down at or near 31F outside the gas furnace will stay on for about 14mins, then shut off for about an hour or so.

Soon I'll be getting some work done on My car, at least as soon as a 2nd Moog rear strut gets here on Monday so I can make an appointment with Ford Service on My 21yr old car.

I see the “Heat Miser” still needs his 79°f comfort zone. I too can drink a room temp Pepsi. I have learned that not all things need to be hot or cold.
