The merger was intended to finalise by the end of the first quarter of 2020. On February 3, 2020, the Federal Trade Commission sued Edgewell to block the merger, stating that bringing Schick and Harry's together could hurt competition and Edgewell backed away from the deal. I thought the sale had gone thru. It did not. Harry's is still owned by its founders and shareholder. Want to own Harry's? It's currently selling for 5.98 cents a share. Mine last over a month; but, I don't shave every day. They are; however, the BEST blades I've EVER shaved with. My face stays smooth for almost a full day and half.
