With Trump having been found guilty on 34 counts, and showing no signs of "repentance" would it be normal for the trial judge to hand down 34 consecutive 1 year terms of imprisonment, or 1 longer term (say 5 years), or what? This of course presupposes that the judge decides a prison term is in order, and not just a very large fine or other non-custodial sentence.

My guess is because of his lack of a prior criminal record any sentence will be concurrent. However there is the option to make them consecutive but suspend most of it for probation. Violate probation, go back to jail.

I also don't know if the gag order is still in effect, but the attempts to dox the jury are disgusting which speaks to the character of his supporters.

It is as far as is known... Judge Merchan did not lift it after the jury ruled, and the trial has not concluded as sentence has not been pronounced.

From one of Trump's recent interviews, I got the impression he is deliberately ignoring gag orders or doing nothing to avoid prison. It seems as if he is actually provoking the judges to demonstrate his supporters how unfairly courts are mistreating him, the president, in rigged trials. It seems to be a building block of his campaign.

What rights has the convicted already lost? I'm not familiar with the constitution and its amendments.

The 1st amendment denies state actors to limit free speech, religion, free press, etc.
The 4th amendment denies state actors unreasonable searches and seizures of houses, private property, ...

I wonder how the conviction restricts any of his rights to campaign, to give public political speeches, to spend his own money for campaigning, to work in and with support organizations or trusts which he uses to collect supporter's money? I feel that without a prison sentence he will not be hindered in any way.

Doesn't this prison sentence reinforce his martyr image? What purpose do such ultra-short prison sentences (few months) serve anyway? To tarnish reputations? Rudy appears to have been significantly more tormented and taken out of dirty games by a court case that led to his bankruptcy.
