Michael Waldman, The Brennan Center for Justice wrote: Donald Trump’s legal hot water continues to heat up. Special counsel Jack Smith sent a target letter to the former president last week, and an indictment could come within days. KKK? How is Rump related to the KKK? https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2020/06/18/fact-check-fred-trump-detained-kkk-rally-circumstances-unclear/3209853001/ On Sept. 9, 2015 — three months after Trump announced his bid for president — the tech blog BoingBoing.net published a New York Times article from 1927 that reported that Donald Trump’s father, Fred Trump, had been detained at a KKK rally on Memorial Day weekend. According to the article, “1,000 white-robed Klansmen marched through the Jamaica neighborhood, eventually spurring an all-out brawl in which seven men were arrested.” Now there is some irony. |

Undoing the lazy click-bait: "Trump's visit to Newark causes some fuss on pilots!" (Hopefully that very human ground controller doesn't get fired...) All irksome stuff... Only in the USA?! The end game is coming for delusional Donny. Read the new charges against Trump. Trump accused of trying to delete the Mar-a-Lago server and wipe surveillance footage in bombshell new indictment: Ex-President hit with MORE charges and head of club's maintenance is also implicated in classified documents case. Meanwhile he's still having a problem finding lawyers stupid enough to defend his delusions. Trump struggling to find lawyers because he’s a “uniquely difficult client”. Well you can't blame them as they don't want to face legal jeopardy over a crooked slime bag. And what's with Mitch with and his falling down and freezing up episodes? McConnell seeks to silence GOP speculation about his future. |

They're getting ready in Georgia for Donny's appearance. Barricades erected outside Fulton County Courthouse in Georgia spark rumors Trump's third indictment is imminent just hours after he was hit with MORE charges over classified document scandal. |

The world's greatest loser, Delusional Donny, has raised the bar again with yet another loss. Judge throws out Trump's lawsuit against CNN. As a legal analyst reckons that Trump 'May Die in Prison' If He Doesn't Strike a Deal. |

The crooked and delusionally deranged Donny is still trying his hardest to stay out of jail while still blaming everyone else for the position that he finds himself in. Trump Calls Jack Smith 'Deranged,' Denies Security Tape Tampering Claims. Trump’s PAC to Report Legal Expenses Exceeding $40 Million. Rep. Schiff to Jen Psaki on Trump’s 'eye-popping' legal bills: He’s running 'to keep out of jail'. Fox News Host Confronts Trump Lawyer With Grim Polling on Trump's Actions. Judge Aileen Cannon hit by dozens of threats since taking on Trump's case. Trump Predicts Two More Impending Indictments. 'An exercise in futility': Trump fake electors furious over being 'duped' by his people. And I'll Willy to his statement. Barr Says He'll 'Jump Off a Bridge' if Donald Trump Becomes the 2024 Republican Nominee. Then there's the moronically stupid Mini Me and his drive to make sure that everyone in his state is dumber than him. DeSantis 'Tripping Over' His Arrogance Amid Campaign Reset. ‘I’m not wanted’: Florida universities hit by brain drain as academics flee. You know what would make good entertainment? Watching Donny and Mini Me sitting down in front of the cameras as they complete IQ tests followed by a year 4 end of year exam. |

Another day and another loss for Donny. Georgia judge rejects Trump bid to quash grand jury report, disqualify DA. Meanwhile Donny needs more $'s from his mushrooms to pay legal costs as his PAC's maybe running a foul (but that shouldn't surprise anyone). Trump’s New Legal Fund Is a Lean, Mean Grift Machine. Trump PAC Broke Campaign Finance Laws—Former FEC Attorney. Explainer-Can Trump use political donations to pay for legal defense? As another of Donny's employees gets sucked into legal chaos. Mar-a-Lago property manager is the latest in line of Trump staffers ensnared in legal turmoil. And then there's the Donny's MAGA RINO investigation into Joe and his son that's going nowhere and has produced nothing, but the waste of time and $'s. Devon Archer Turns Out to Be a Dud for Republicans. While junior proves to be as delusional as his moronic father. Trump Jr accuses Bidens of 'racketeering' after latest hearing falls flat. |

Washington Post says Special Council Jack Smith is making an announcement at 21:00 UTC (in ten minutes) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=boAZaqPAdB8 edit] That worked well, we got 5 mins looking at the court house, then it just stopped saying this is private. |

Here's latest breakdown on Donny's day. The election-meddling indictment against Trump is sprawling. Here's a breakdown of the case. How strong are the newest criminal charges against Donald Trump? Here are the likely identities of Trump's co-conspirators in the January 6 indictment. Trump's new lawyer signals plans to throw former Trump attorneys under the bus. And did he? Mark Meadows ‘flipped hard’ on Trump: ex-January 6 committee adviser. Don't be surprised if more charges get added later to Donny's ever growing list. [edit] And then there's the judge who'll be in charge. The judge assigned to Trump's Jan. 6 case is a tough punisher of Capitol rioters. I wonder if Donny has enjoyed his day of reality closing in. |

Many Americans, but certainly not all, have only one news source, and will never understand the evidence against Trump. Many others don't know anything about much of anything that goes on not only in the United States, but anywhere else as well. They just hear sound bites, and immediately believe them, as they are in line with what they want to think. Actual evidence will never get through to them. I deal with this at work, but not only for this particular situation, but many, many topics. It is extremely difficult to cut through the nonsense many of these people have been fed for so many years. When asked questions, they can't answer them and just refer to the talking points they may have heard. Fortunately, there are people who search for information, and care where it leads them. Unfortunately, there are not enough of these people. Warning, addicted to SETI crunching! Crunching as a member of GPU Users Group. GPUUG Website |

Huuuh, I've already asked this question in the gun violence forum: Was it always like this? Or is it a newer phenomenon that has arisen in the last 10...20 years. In the past, the media, newspapers and TV stations served to provide the population with neutral (the journalistic ethos) information. Newspapers had to earn credibility and readership through reliable, neutral reporting. This reputation had to be proven daily in order not to lose buyers (readers). In social coexistence in villages and towns, there were respected, prominent personalities who were better educated and often opinion leaders, such as pastors, judges, teachers, professors, lawyers, doctors, councilors and mayors... We took a wrong turn somewhere in the recent past, which has led to the current situation. |

We took a wrong turn somewhere in the recent past, which has led to the current situation. The problem is money. News sources can first tell people how to think, then continue to reinforce those ideas regardless of evidence otherwise. All the while attracting and holding viewers who want to think in the same way. It's big business selling people what they want. As an example, when Fox News first called Arizona for Biden, their viewers went berserk, and Tucker Carlson actually had a fit, and told the network that they were losing viewers because of a technically correct call, but that didn't match what viewers were told to think. In some cases, actual truth can be dangerous once people have been conditioned to accept a different reality. They built a business on distorted, or actually false news, and kept selling it. Follow the money. Unfortunately, once the tiger of misinformation has been let loose, there is no (easy) way to put it back in the cage. Warning, addicted to SETI crunching! Donny's day went well (though he didn't like all the middle fingers he was given) as more dark clouds approach to rain on him. Trump's day in court, an unusual proceeding before an unusual audience. While his drunken little buddy may have inadvertently delivered more ammo to Donny's prosecution. Giuliani hyped this video as 'smoking gun' for voter fraud – now it may land Trump in jail. As another of Donny's traitorous crooks gets collared. Pro-Trump Michigan attorney charged with 'accessing and tampering with voting machines'. Will Pence and Hutchinson be the first to bow out? Republican Party raising qualification bar for second presidential primary debate. Meanwhile in Wisconsin the GOP's crooked cheating ways to stay in power with a minority maybe finally coming to an end. America’s worst gerrymander may soon finally die. There certainly will be more to come from crazy Donny's delusionally crookedly moronic MAGA RINO mob world. |

Giuliani hyped this video as 'smoking gun' for voter fraud – now it may land Trump in jail. I still have my doubts he'll see a day of jail. He'll probably end up with some suspended sentence nonsense and continue as if nothing had happened. He may even be re-elected (and if he is will immediately pardon himself of every Federal charge, which is to say... everything worth anything) because although he tried to overthrow the federal government (among other things), Joe Biden despite leading a record-setting stock market and strong economy and passing two historic bills with unprecedented bipartisan support (plus many others) from his decades of experience, stammered and stumbled a couple of times (being 80 and all), and also has a (D) after his name so is clearly unfit for office. :^p Wish I was kidding about the possibility of this coming to pass... |

Donny just can't keep his foul hate filled mouth shut. Feds alert judge to Trump’s ‘If you go after me, I’m coming after you!’ post. DOJ prosecutors request gag order after Trump arraignment, citing social media threats. Trump should be detained pre-trial due to latest threats: experts. And why not? Schiff, Top Democrats Demand That Trump’s Trials Be Televised. Then there's the violent hate filled Mini Me. DeSantis criticized for 'slitting throats' remark in New Hampshire. DeSantis’s biggest donor cuts off funds, demands moderate shift. Nothing but violent hatred in Donny's delusionally crooked MAGA RINO world of crooks and liars. |

Delusional Donny just can't help himself (or his mouth), but he'll whinge about it anyway, as he's given a deadline of 5pm on Monday. Judge Chutkan Gives Donald Trump New Deadline After Truth Social Threat. Lock him up! |

How long could we keep him alive for? Trump is facing 561 years in prison over multiple criminal charges. Just to make the most of all those years. ;-) |
