Donny just can't be a real man and own up to his own crimes.

Trump Alleges Plot Against Him to 'Take Down the Leading Candidate'.

Just the same old boring rhetoric, and not just from Donny.

'Simply insane!' Trump team rages after news of potential Manhattan indictment.

I can't see what is insane about justice while another of his low class lawyers sadly gets a reprieve.

Trump lawyer who pushed false voter fraud claims after 2020 election admits to misconduct.

At least she had the balls to own up. Then there's Donny's mate Pete.

Federal judge orders Peter Navarro to turn over hundreds of White House emails.

Donny will be spewing again.

Donny and jr. may have got themselves into more legal problems over new book.

Jay Leno letter included in Trump's book without permission.

Trump's plan to publish a $99 dollar coffee-table book containing letters he has exchanged with world leaders and celebrities may have hit its first speed bump.

According to a report from Axios, the former president plans to publish approximately 150 letters he has received from people he believes are his admirers – among them Oprah Winfrey, Richard Nixon and North Korea's leader Kim Jong-un.

The book, from "Winning Team Publishing" -- a company co-founded by his son Don Trump Jr. -- is entitled "Letters to Trump." It's described as "a flashback to the days when famous people frequently wrote chatty letters to each other — and when Trump was the toast of many bold-face names," the Axios report notes.

However, Newsweek reported Friday that the former president's publisher didn't do its due diligence and get permission to publish the letters. In particular, representatives of former late-night comedian Jay Leno's production company stated no permission has been asked for or given, telling Newsweek's Jamie Burton, "Jay did not release, nor authorize any use of any letter to Mr. Trump."

As the report notes, Trump may soon be involved in another legal squabble over not clearing his intentions with the writers of the letters.

"He may face potential lawsuits in doing so. It is unclear whether Trump has the legal right to publish the letters without the sender's permission, and former Tonight Show host Leno has told Newsweek he did not grant Trump permission to share any letters from him," the report states before adding, "The principle that the writers of the letters, not the recipients, retain the copyright has been "well-established in copyright law" for hundreds of years according to Jane C. Ginsburg, professor of literary and artistic property Law at Columbia University School of Law in New York."

According to a representative for Trump's publishing company, ""The book comprises of a unique collection of correspondence either from President Trump or from public officials both foreign and domestic, or from private individuals. For those in public office at the time, no copyright protection arises.. For the last category, Winning Team Publishing has either actual or implied consent for their publication."
It seems that Donny goes out of his way these days to ignore the rules.

Meanwhile this will really have him spewing.

Judge makes Trump defamation case even harder for him to win — by allowing his own words into evidence.

While Donny keeps on trying to deny the blame for it he again says that 'In many ways' you could blame Jan. 6 violence on ... Mike Pence in his usual delusional hate filled way.

Doesn't that prove Donny's guilt, in that he had to send in the boys and girls, because his VP failed to follow his 'illegal' orders.

As Mini Me closes in on Donny in the polls FBI records debunk Trump's claim he sent in agents to stop DeSantis from losing 2018 election.

And has another PooTin connection been found?

Federal investigators examined Trump Media for possible money laundering.

Federal prosecutors in New York involved in the criminal investigation into Donald Trump’s social media company last year started examining whether it violated money laundering statutes in connection with the acceptance of $8m with suspected Russian ties, according to sources familiar with the matter.

The company – Trump Media, which owns Trump’s Truth Social platform – initially came under criminal investigation over its preparations for a potential merger with a blank check company called Digital World that was also the subject of an earlier probe by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Towards the end of last year, federal prosecutors started examining two loans totaling $8m wired to Trump Media, through the Caribbean, from two obscure entities that both appear to be controlled in part by the relation of an ally of Russian president Vladimir Putin, the sources said.

The expanded nature of the criminal investigation, which has not been previously reported, threatens to delay the completion of the merger between Trump Media and Digital World, which would provide the company and Truth Social with up to $1.3bn in capital, in addition to a stock market listing.....

Note:

Deportation of Ukrainian children to Russia is war crime - UN

To be consistent:

Should not Donald Trump likewise have an Arrest Warrant issued against him, alongside Putin's, for the Trump mastermind evil scheme of separating children from their Mexican families to then have those children 'moved' elsewhere and then 'lost' from those families...?

Undercuts Donny's claim that election was stolen as his own report says there were very few fraudulant votes.
Trump Campaign Reportedly Commissioned Study Showing No Widespread Election Fraud—But Continued To Push Claims Anyway
A report commissioned by former President Donald Trump’s 2020 campaign found there was no proof of widespread election fraud that could have affected the results, the Washington Post reports, suggesting the Trump campaign knew the fraud claims they were pushing were false and potentially aiding Justice Department investigators in their ongoing probe against Trump.

And are Donny and his family thieves.
Federal officials looking to recover $7,000 set of golf clubs Donald Trump received as gift
The next time members at Trump International see the club owner playing a round of golf, they might want to check out his clubs.
And then they might want to call the federal government.
According to a new report from House Democrats, federal officials cannot find two gifts received by Donald Trump and his family from foreign nations when Trump was president. Included are golf clubs worth more than $7,000 given to Trump by Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
The Washington Post first reported the story.
While more than 100 gifts worth nearly $300,000 were not properly reported by Trump and his family to the State Department in violation of federal law, the golf clubs and a life-size painting of Trump from the president of El Salvador remain outstanding.
Abe presented newly-elected Trump with gold-plated golf clubs during a visit to Manhattan in November 2016. Trump played golf with Abe in Japan in 2019.

Since this is a statement from DT's own mouth, fuelled by social media rumours, do we hold our breath on Tuesday, or do we carry on as normal?

If Tuesday was to be correct then there is a huge leak in the prosecutor's office. That will have to be plugged before anything happens.

Deadly misinformation for the sake of Trump's smile and a kindly hand up into the Trump politics?

Florida surgeon general wrong on vaccines and bad at his job, CDC and FDA say
wrote:
At the height of the pandemic, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis repeatedly promoted COVID-19 vaccines, saying correctly that "they're safe, they're effective," and they "are saving lives." With hundreds of millions of shots given worldwide at this point, the extensive international data on the vaccines' safety and efficacy have strongly and consistently backed DeSantis' statements. The vaccines are estimated to have saved over 14 million lives in 185 countries just in the pandemic's first two years.

But amid growing rumors of a 2024 presidential bid, DeSantis reversed his stance on the life-saving shots, abruptly questioning their efficacy and making unfounded claims about their safety...

... Though the swing appears more aimed at scoring political points than protecting Floridians' health, DeSantis' hand-picked surgeon general, Joseph Ladapo, has hewed closely to the governor's anti-vaccine rhetoric and health misinformation...

... Deadly misinformation...

... In a knock to Ladapo's dubious analysis on cardiac deaths, Walensky and Califf cited several studies that collectively indicate that "not only is there no evidence of increased risk of death following mRNA vaccines, but available data have shown quite the opposite: that being up to date on vaccinations saves lives compared to individuals who did not get vaccinated." They also specifically highlighted a study looking at cardiac events, noting that "the risk of stroke and heart attack was actually lower in people who had been vaccinated, not higher".

Currently, the CDC estimates that unvaccinated people are nearly 10 times more likely to die from COVID-19 than people who are up to date on their vaccines...

... "Misleading people by overstating the risks, or emphasizing the risks without acknowledging the overwhelming benefits," causes vaccine hesitancy and needlessly puts people at risk of death or serious illness, they wrote. And this is clearly a problem in Florida, they added...

Very deadly politics that is yet still ongoing.

And people needlessly die...

Stay healthy folks!

Given who's saying it, I now doubt the existence of arrests and Tuesdays.

I think he just heard as we all did something vague about possibly next week and guessed that day to appear like he has inside info.

Sounds about right.

Hey MAGA world: Trump thinks you're stupid — and he's exploiting you, as usual.

...Sure, there might be an indictment next week. There also might not. There's no actual news on that front. But here's one thing we can glean from Trump's Truth Social outburst, not that any one of good faith doubted it: He thinks his followers are complete morons....

....He's asking his followers to run the risk of prison, injury or death — and not for any larger political movement or goal. He thinks they're dumb and he thinks they're disposable. He's asking them, pretty much directly, to volunteer to go to prison so he doesn't have to.
