Anyways, citizens are free to visit the capitol... when it's open! If they knowingly go in when it's closed, this is break and enter and trespassing. If they knowingly go in to make trouble for political ends, it becomes something more serious. (Hold on... I thought those on the "right side" of the fence were all about law and order? I guess as long as the laws and orders don't apply to them...) On the subject of being too lax on crimes of violence especially involving weapons, I totally agree.
