But at the provided link to the “OFFICIAL ELECTION DEFENSE FUND,” the legalese at the end says something rather different:

Sixty percent of the contribution, up to $5,000, goes to “Save America,” Trump’s newly created leadership PAC. And 40 percent of the contribution up to $35,500, goes to the Republican National Committee’s operating account, its political (not legal) fund.

Only after reaching the first maximum would a single penny go to Trump’s “Recount Account,” and only after reaching the second maximum would a penny go to the RNC’s legal account.

What?!

There are precisely two votes mentioned in that article, neither indicate any specifics of who the vote was for, who actually cast it, whether they have been charged.

In Pennsylvania, Robert R. Lynn requested a mail in ballot on behalf of his deceased mother. He is a republican and supports Donald Trump. The request stated that the absentee ballot was needed because she was going to visit her great-grandchildren. He forged her signature on the ballot request. He is out on a $10,000 bond and if convicted, the man may face 10 years in prison.

Following on from my previous post.
The way I read the article is that DHS are talking about "industrial scale" fraud, not the rare individual case - one such case that comes to mind is one sick individual who registered his long dead mother for an absentee vote, forged her signature, and voted twice, once in his own name and once in her name. Such individuals have long existed and will continue to do so long into the future, they are rare (thankfully).

Yep the only voter fraud that I've heard of so far has all been perpitrated by Trump supporters which says a lot I think.
