Sunday noon. No boat yet.
passed on several that I looked at yesterday and this morning.

Two happiest days in a boat owners life:
Day pocket picking atarts and maintenance fees start.
Day pocket picking is stopped and maintenance costs stop.

Decisions, life in the mountains or life in the delta.

In escrow for small house in the delta, with 5 boat slips. For same price I could have a large house in the mountains with 2-5 acres. One has the potential for flooding. The other for fire. Which would you choose?
defined small house 1,000 sq.ft. large 2,000 sq.ft.

I choose neither, the Desert works for Me, flooding is not possible and fire is rare for level ground.

Where I've lived at We've never had any fires here since I started living here in 2004. Some smoke, but no fires.

Posting while watching 3 fat rabbits as the sun is about to set on Hump Day (roast bunny maybe on the menu again soon).

The yeast aroma should be pretty strong in here by the morning Rob. ;-)

Cheers.

Shame you are half a world away otherwise you might have an uninvited visitor imbibing of the aroma ;-)

I just finished having a few beers here with a couple of mates Rob and they kept on volunteering to get the next beers, but I think that was just an excuse to revel in the aroma upstairs. ;-)

Cheers.

Posting early on a Thorsday morning with the heavy aroma of yeast farts in the air while still waiting for the rain that should've been here hours ago.

Cheers.
