Well, it's tough to hit rough when playing golf.

Trump plays the same game when he does geopolitics hoping that others should hit the the rough and if not he blame others for his mistakes and hitting his own rough yet again...

During Sunday afternoon, US President Donald Trump shared a post on Twitter with a movie from a Florida retirement home called the Villages. The film shows a verbal confrontation between supporters and opponents of the president. A man screams "white power" while passing anti-Trump protesters in a golf cart.
Trump opponents scream insults directed at the president and incite the man in the golf car before screaming "white power". Among other things, they ask if he has a white hood, which is an indication of how the Ku Klux Klan dresses. The man's response from the golf car can be perceived as sarcasm.
Donald Trump also commented on the tweet he shared: "Thank you to all the wonderful people in the Villages," he writes.
After Trump's tweet was up for a few hours, it was removed.
In CNN's State of the Union program, Trump's Social Minister Alex Azar defended the administration partition he works for.
- I haven't seen the video or the tweet, but obviously the president doesn't either. Neither his administration nor I would do anything to support white power or discrimination of any kind, he tells CNN .
Republican Senator Tim Scott of South Carolina tells CNN that the video retweeted by the president was offensive and "indefensible."
"He shouldn't have shared the video and he should just delete the retweet," Scott told CNN.
Donald Trump's former security adviser John Bolton has also commented on the president's tweet. John Bolton has received a lot of attention over the past week for his book on his months in the White House, calling Trump both a liar and ineligible to hold office.
- You could possibly conclude that he heard it, that it was racist, and he retweeted to show his support for the opinion. It is a legitimate conclusion to draw. It's also perfectly legitimate to think that he just had no idea what the video contained besides the seemingly placard where it said "Trump," Bolton tells CNN.

That is theoretically possible but the state of New York would not be bound by it and he has those pesky tax issues there to deal with. If the tax statements he gave the local taxing agency do not correspond to the statements he gave to the bank then he either committed tax fraud, bank fraud or both.
