For example for just one contrast, in something as benign but expensive as a server room, there is a strict policy of no food or beverages, and that's whilst firmly being anchored to Terra Firma.

Using the tobacco example you have to prove in court that you intended the cigarette (possibly a specific one) to kill the smoker (again specific smoker). That is easy in the case of someone using a knife or gun. Not so much with a random incident. The law is very big about very specific proof. Even if you think of depraved indifference, that is hard to prove, as it is easy to say but I wanted them to continue as a customer.

Now revoking any professional licenses, that is easy, but it may be all other than actual damages and those are owed by the piece of paper that is the corporation.
