When I click on a computer to check on the statistics, the page shows the last server contact on the previous day although I just reported results. Earl F. Parrish |

This is because the server that sends us such things as time of last contact is running about 80,000 seconds behind the main one. When this happens it is not uncommon to see random errors such as you are describing. Bob Smith Member of Seti PIPPS (Pluto is a Planet Protest Society) Somewhere in the (un)known Universe? |

and then reporting tasks completedNot quite. Uploading is not the same thing as reporting. The server 'last contact' time should be updated when you see lines like: 13/03/2020 18:53:20 | SETI@home | Sending scheduler request: To report completed tasks. 13/03/2020 18:53:20 | SETI@home | Reporting 11 completed tasks 13/03/2020 18:53:20 | SETI@home | Not requesting tasks: "no new tasks" requested via Manager Edit - interesting side-note on Rob's post. In my list of computers, I can see Computer Last contact ID: 8313133 13 Mar 2020, 18:53:11 UTCBut on the detail page for Computer 8313133, it still says Last time contacted server 12 Mar 2020, 17:28:35 UTC |

the details in your host list is apparently updated near real time. individual host details pages are tied to the replica, so it's behind. Seti@Home classic workunits: 29,492 CPU time: 134,419 hours |

individual host details pages are tied to the replica, so it's behind. And at the moment, it's a long, long, long way behind. Almost 27 hours now, and still growing. Grant Darwin NT |
