We hope to integrate the GPU version into World Community Grid at some point in the future (no ETA), but the priority right now is to get the project launched as quickly as possible. (they promise to give COVID19 related work for GPUs ) EDIT: but seems it would be not so easy to make it coexist with BOINC. There are however 2 'anonymous' listings, I originally thought I might have been one of them because of the 24 hour provisional period, but even now I do not show up. Don't get me wrong. I LOVE my World Community Grid flexibility and specific crunching control. I am at the moment have it setup for African Rainfall and Biome immune with any other project if those run out. When I was running it under the standard default settings last week I was getting 99 and 44/100's Cancer Search. I wanted some other stuff so I went back to the custom settings.
