New computer cannot login to BOINC

I am trying to connect a new computer to BOINC. I use BAM as an account manager but when I attempt to connect the Message is login failed. When I attempt to login manually at this url.
I am told that no account with this email address exists.
When I go to this url.
I am told that I am already logged in and I can log in and out at this page without a problem. This homepage show the two projects that I work on and the numbers of workunits done for each. The two other computers that are already connected continue to download and report work as normal, but I cannot connect this new computer to my account.
Am not sure what is going on or what to do at this point.
