Seems I am one of the 2 waiting. Initial replication set to 8, so wonder if this was done to get the tasks done quickly. |

Pity they didn't think of shortening the deadline at the same time. |

Seems I am one of the 2 waiting. It's exactly the inverse no? it will wait a long time in the DB while all 8 hosts reports his task. Or i'm wrong? The first 2 results already match. |

Seems like something else breaks look this WU just received: https://setiathome.berkeley.edu/workunit.php?wuid=3829209762 I am not sure the reason why there are so many copies of that work unit. I would like to point out though it was created on 8 January The information you are looking at from the replica database is currently 108.4 hours old which is 4.52 days (rounding included) so there is a high chance that all of the results have been returned |

Still not understanding why I am only getting 2 AMD tasks, never any more than that. Was there some limitation put on the delivery for high end GPUs? Edit: to clarify. I get 2 AMD tasks, only two. I don't get any more until I deliver one or both, and it never exceeds two. |

I think they're trying to make the database go nova - go out with a bang. |

Has the last "tape" been loaded? |

I think they're trying to make the database go nova - go out with a bang. If it is being done to throttle things, I would guess it is working. Just frustrating. |

Doesn't seem to be applying to my NVidia cards - I'm cached right up to my personal limits.I think they're trying to make the database go nova - go out with a bang.If it is being done to throttle things, I would guess it is working. Just frustrating. |

I doubt that. The errors are all abortions, and are all along the SoG plan_class. This is happening across all plan_classes. |

Aborts count as errors and are treated as such. ;-)Still not understanding why I am only getting 2 AMD tasks, never any more than that. I've had more than double that amount, never been throttled before. |

There doesn't seem to be any useful purpose to run this task. My host is the last one, and it hasn't run the task yet....Why should it? https://setiathome.berkeley.edu/workunit.php?wuid=3873976498 name 22fe12ad.16914.50227.8.35.175.vlar application SETI@home v8 created 7 Feb 2020, 13:44:04 UTC minimum quorum 2 initial replication 12 max # of error/total/success tasks 5, 10, 5 errors Too many total results 8520935893 8894441 7 Feb 2020, 17:45:15 UTC 31 Mar 2020, 22:44:57 UTC In progress --- --- --- SETI@home v8 v8.01 (cuda60) x86_64-pc-linux-gnu 8520935894 8598076 7 Feb 2020, 17:45:17 UTC 12 Feb 2020, 10:28:06 UTC Completed, can't validate 7,209.22 6,898.52 0.00 SETI@home v8 v8.00 windows_intelx86 8694995707 8011197 30 Mar 2020, 17:56:58 UTC 22 May 2020, 22:56:40 UTC In progress --- --- --- SETI@home v8 Anonymous platform (CPU) 8695048534 8205927 30 Mar 2020, 18:15:34 UTC 22 May 2020, 23:15:16 UTC In progress --- --- --- SETI@home v8 v8.22 (opencl_nvidia_SoG) windows_intelx86 8695156532 8555983 30 Mar 2020, 18:45:37 UTC 22 May 2020, 23:45:19 UTC In progress --- --- --- SETI@home v8 v8.00 windows_intelx86 8695276045 8730293 30 Mar 2020, 19:15:01 UTC 23 May 2020, 0:14:43 UTC In progress --- --- --- SETI@home v8 Anonymous platform (NVIDIA GPU) 8695402785 8626730 30 Mar 2020, 19:45:48 UTC 23 May 2020, 0:45:30 UTC In progress --- --- --- SETI@home v8 Anonymous platform (NVIDIA GPU) 8695519781 8916415 30 Mar 2020, 20:15:16 UTC 23 May 2020, 1:14:58 UTC In progress --- --- --- SETI@home v8 v8.00 windows_intelx86 8695639810 8711573 30 Mar 2020, 20:46:18 UTC 23 May 2020, 1:46:00 UTC In progress --- --- --- SETI@home v8 v8.08 (alt) windows_x86_64 8695752245 6796475 30 Mar 2020, 21:18:26 UTC 23 May 2020, 2:18:08 UTC In progress --- --- --- SETI@home v8 Anonymous platform (NVIDIA GPU)???? Also..... I'm afraid Any Host on that list is going to get hit with an Error, whether you run the task or Not. It seems My main Host has been awarded a 'few' Errors and has had it's 'Consecutive valid tasks ' number lowered. |

I've been getting some resends with high numbers (5s and 8s) I came here to check on it. Thanks to all who posted. Yikes. I was hoping that the project could end gracefully...what a mess. |

Seems like something else breaks look this WU just received: https://setiathome.berkeley.edu/workunit.php?wuid=3829209762 That may be the case. The task I am referring to which is linked at the top of this post was on created 8 Jan 2020, 13:48:50 UTC. I am sure there were other tasks as you say created after that |
