What's curious about it?

It looks like a normal case of an inconclusive result (mismatched results) and being sent out to a 3rd system for verification of which result is correct. This is how it always works.

Ask TBar about the Mac Intel Darwin application. It always underreports pulses. He's been complaining about that forever.

The winner will be the count from the cpu application and your Android. That application returns valid results that agree with the PC cpu application. All mine have.
