Can't Remember how I found out 'bout this. Had to be 10 Years or so ago. May have seen on a UFO TV Show.

Shortly after. ALL INFO and VID of this Machine DISAPPEARED.

Inventor/Builder of Machine wanted to Get Funding to Build Many of these and have them in UFO HOT SPOTs all Over World.

He could not get funding. WHY UFO Community or Others with Interest Did Not Get Behind this and FUND is a MYSTERY.

Because this Machine can IDENTIFY ALL KNOWN AIRCRAFT, UNKNOWN IDs would of course, be UFOs of Some Sort and Further Investigation warranted. Also could Give Stronger CRED to HOT SPOT.

The NON or MIS-IDENTIFICATION of Plane in Recent Disaster in IRAN caused me to LOOK AGAIN for INFO on this Machine.

Certainly a Private Citizen Inventing/Building Such a Device/Machine SHOULD MEAN a Well-Funded Military would Have NO PROBLEM IDing a Commercial Plane in Sky and Advert a 'MISTAKE'.

Something like this would not be any better at identifying aircraft than technology already in use for doing just that. Humans will always find a way to make mistakes.
