Every now and then a task which has apparently completed and should validate get stuck. With the server problems in the last few weeks I'm not surprised that there are a few of these around, the project team have to manually run a script to sort them out. Fear not, you will,eventually, get the credit due for theses tasks.

Those tasks were given an original deadline of 25 Jan 2020, 14:23:07 UTC. In theory, there's a second (fallback) check on workunits like this when that deadline is reached - although I haven't needed to confirm that for some years. Make a note in your diary for two weeks today, and have another look then.
