Two things:
First, it would appear that you are not posting using the same account as the one that your computer is registered to (the posting account has no computers against it.
Second, there are currently issues with the servers which are affecting a large number of people, and there is little you or I can do about it. (The time as I post is about 7am on Sunday morning where the servers are based)

If I look at the computers attached to the account yo are posting with I get:
https://setiathome.berkeley.edu/show_user.php?userid=10886607

Looking more carefully at the report you sent in we see (near the middle) this:
Sun Jan 5 20:56:26 2020 | SETI@home | URL http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/; Computer ID not assigned yet; resource share 100

Which indicates that the server hadn't (at the time of your report) created the record for your computer. This may well be a symptom of the issues that the servers are having :-(
The only thing I can suggest you do is wait a couple of hours, then try the link near the top of this post and see if a computer has appeared.

It appears your computer has found its identity and is processing away nicely :-)
