Looking at Seagate 14TB from Newegg $343.00 each free shipping x26 assuming 10% tax = $9000 for 364TB
Should be WAY more than enough space assuming ALL your drives aren't already totally full.
Since you're clearing out the 2TB Drives and NAS, you'll have 7x more rack space for an additional NAS later.

Seagate is not known for making most-highly reliable drives:

But if you're getting a good price, buy more spares.

This Texas Tech alumnus contributed $100 to SETI; yesterday the 14th. Hopefully an "Intelligence" (Sp) being will be discovered so as to help me celebrate my 89th year of life on earth this coming November.

A big thanks to so many people and their assets for causing this project to grow and prosper over the years.

I would love to know if they actually built and implemented the new system like was planned during this recent maintenance outage. the Server Stats Page looks profoundly different with many less servers listed and a new line item simply named "SETI@home science database"

perhaps they have combined all other previous systems into this one system?

While you missed the deadline to be counted in the fund raiser for the disk drives your donation will be of use to SETI@Home as every cent helps pay one of the other bills (including staff costs) so that SETI can continue.
