I got my new AMD Ryzen 9 3950X with 2 NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER running since 23th December 2019. It is fully dedicated to SETI now.
Where can I check that my computer is performing well ? (benchmarking, log file ?)
What can I improve to get maximum performance on Windows ?

Looking at your computers, https://setiathome.berkeley.edu/hosts_user.php?userid=10870790 you have work for your GPUs but aren't using them.

Make sure that BOINC is allowed to use the Nvidia GPUs.
Set preferences for Suspend GPU computing when computer is in use to off.
Set BOINC manager, view, advanced view, activity, GPU to run based on preferences.

And when in doubt, post the first 40-50 lines of the event log (Ctrl+Shift+E).

You would also want to revert to an earlier driver- v431.60 was the last one to work without issue; some Arecibo WUs won't process with the later drivers.
And some command line values would almost double their output.

These event log lines aren't really useful. Can you please exit BOINC fully, then restart it and then post the first 40-50 lines of the event log?
