I've been fiddling with libeay32.dll and the 64bit install.

The version installed with the product is File Version 1.0.2.7 from Project Version 1.0.2g
I replaced it with File Version 1.0.2.17 from Project Version 1.0.2q

Now it all seems to be happy together
