At this point, I trust the FBI rank and file far above the crime family currently running the Administration. Helping where I can. Hindering everywhere else.

My theory is he pleaded guilty in the full knowledge that Tump would pardon him when that could be hidden by some other "more absorbing" news. Bob Smith

Unemployment in the US rose to 14.7 percent in April. As many as 20.5 million jobs disappeared in the worst drop since the depression in the 1930s. As expected, the new figures from the Department of Labor showed how bad the US economy is in the wake of the corona crisis.
In fact, unemployment is even worse than that. Labor force participation dropped from 62.7 percent to 60.2 percent, a typical sign when there are no jobs to apply for. To be considered unemployed, you must belong to the labor force.
We in the Nordic countries have that problem too of course because of the pandemic. But not at all at the same magnitude. What is happening in the US?

Adam Schiff Releases the Russia Investigation Transcripts, Now We Know Why He Hid Them
Posted at 8:15 pm on May 7, 2020 by Bonchie
....For years, Schiff has asserted that he had proof of Russian collusion stemming from the many interviews he did on the matter. As it turns out, he not only had nothing of the sort, several key players actually admitted under oath there was no evidence at all.....
....former DNI James Clapper says : "I never saw any direct empirical evidence that the Trump campaign or someone in it was plotting/ conspiring with the Russians to meddle with the election." -- in transcript of interview with House Intel during its Russia probe.
....from Ben Rhodes .....when asked whether he had evidence of collusion, conspiracy, coordination btwn Trump camp & #Russia:
"I saw indications of potential coordination, but I did not see, you know, the specific evidence of the actions of the Trump campaign"- per House Intel transcript.
....Former AG Loretta Lynch was asked whether she had evidence of collusion, coordination or conspiracy. She said that she did "not recall that being briefed up to me."
"I can't say that it existed or not," Lynch said, according to House Intel #Russia transcripts #LorettaLynch.....
...@SamanthaJPower, when asked if she had evidence of collusion, coordination, conspiracy btwn Trump camp & Russians:“I am not in possession of anything-I am not in possession and didn’t read or absorb information that came from out of the intelligence community, transcript shows.

Seems that Sargent Schultz was in charge of most of the investigation and "I know Nothing!"..........

The US Congress and the Trump administration have agreed on a gigantic support package. But the presidential campaign has completely stopped, says Dag Blanck, professor of North American studies at Uppsala University.
- The US presidential election will be a referendum on how Donald Trump handled the corona pandemic.
Donald Trump's support package means $ 3 trillion in support for the US economy. The money will go to individual Americans, loans to small businesses around the US, and support to agriculture and health care.
- The crisis package is huge, but you have to remember that it is about stopping the blood flow for the US economy. It's all about trying to save jobs so that the number doesn't keep getting even higher. But American households must also dare to consume and then one must take control of the spread of viruses, says Robert Bergqvist, chief economist at SEB.
According to Robert Bergqvist, the United States has 1-2 months to recover.
- If it is delayed, unemployment can get stuck at a high level.

One thing 1.0 did was to get unemployment under control. Don't want to see the country get totally screwed, but mid-November for it to go down will mean 2.0 is done, which is a win for all humans, except Gadsden's.

SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES

Tuesday, May 12
(3)
19-715) TRUMP V. MAZARS
19-760) TRUMP V. DEUTSCHE BANK AG
Consolidated – 1 hr. for argument)
(4)
19-635 TRUMP V. VANCE

If they follow previous rulings, then the Supreme Court should allow the cases to proceed in the New York courts.
Trump arguments that he cannot be prosecuted while he is President, is not relevant as the case involves the accountants and lawyers for his businesses, not Trump personally.
We shall see.

Flynn did it, he knew he did it, we knew he did it, he admitted it because he is guilty.
If Barr drops prosecution, Trump does not have to pardon Flynn, thereby not
sullying Trump prior to the election. Criminals doing criminal things.
~! Nice theory, almost of the quality of machinations used by the Federal Bureau of Intimidation.
“I RECOGNIZE that the actions I acknowledged in court today were wrong, and, through my faith in God, I am working to set things right,†Michael Flynn said when he pleaded guilty to the felony of lying to the FBI in 2017. “I accept full responsibility for my actions.â€

Oh My God. As so many Americans say. It was a plea bargain. He saved his a**s. Not his son's. Well maybe his son as well...
And he also is referring to some faith to a "god". Pathetic! Weird justice system in the US all the same.

Obama is panicking
By Monica Showalter
May 10, 2020
"Obama, actually, is panicking.
The release of congressional interview transcripts, the declassification of some elements of the DoJ Inspector General investigation, and the news of the FISA warrant abuses on Carter Page, as well as the railroading of Gen. Michael Flynn, pretty well tell a story of Obama being the big power behind all of these legal abuses. That would explain Obama's sudden fascination with 'rule of law' as a shield to cover his own lawless acts, and the emerging revelation that he himself was the ringleader of all the bids to take down President Trump, using the power of the government itself.
Sundance over at Conservative Treehouse has a very deep dive (it took me an hour to read it, but it never got boring) into the roots of Obama's rage and why he's running scared and starting to fight back." :
On March 9, 2016, oversight personnel doing a review of FBI system access were alerted to thousands of unauthorized search queries of specific U.S. persons within the NSA database.
NSA Director Admiral Mike Rogers was made aware.
Subsequently NSA Director Rogers initiated a full compliance review of the system to identify who was doing the searches; & what searches were being conducted.
On April 18, 2016, following the preliminary audit results, Director Rogers shut down all FBI contractor access to the database after he learned FISA-702 “aboutâ€(17) and “to/fromâ€(16) search queries were being done without authorization. Thus begins the first discovery of a much bigger background story.
Once that access was taken away, the unmaskings from the inside began, and as soon as those were found to be all using the same identifiers, with 85% noncompliant with existing standards, according to a judicial report, the Obamatons then turned to the Steele dossier, which they all knew was fake, but also knew was useful as as a means of getting the intelligence and law enforcement agencies involved and engaging in real spying on Americans, taking down Trump operatives one by one.
Sundance has precise plot point dated meetings that happened after every measure to shut down the Obama use of the government apparat for domestic political purposes went into effect - visits by Fusion GPS to the White House, the contractors who seem to have been involved in the spying on Sharyl Attkisson's computer. After that, the activation of human sources to target Trump officials, and the whole thing is absolutely outrageous. Better still, Mike Rogers, the NSA chief cited above, has been doing a lot of talking to John Durham, the investigator appointed to sort this thing out with real prosecutorial powers.
It's a major threat to the Obama edifice, and it's significant that Obama got word out about his rage through the phone meeting with the "Obama alumni," and not some reporter or think tank or political pal. The flying monkeys are the ones most likely to be prosecuted for real rule of law violations, so Obama's phone call was a rallying cry to throw the shade on Trump instead - tossing in a lie-repeated-a-thousand-times about supposed Trumpian chaos on coronavirus. So much for rule of law.

Really?!...
Is that some spoof 'report'?...
Note in this report from a world respected news reporting site:
Obama says US response a 'chaotic disaster'
wrote:... "It would have been bad even with the best of government," he was quoted as saying in the call. "It has been an absolute chaotic disaster when that mindset of 'what's in it for me' and 'to heck with everybody else', when that mindset is operationalised in our government."
Mr Obama also strongly criticised the decision to drop criminal charges against former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn...
Meanwhile, everyday people are victim to the present deadly hornets nest of commercialized political corruption?...
All in the deadly greedy politics?
Stay safe!

No it isn't a spoof. It shows the thought process of the right. They must invent a self defense mechanism when the truth is spoken. It is how they continue to believe their "facts."

Liberal law professor punches back at Obama for claiming Flynn dismissal puts 'the rule of law at risk'
https://www.theblaze.com/news/liberal-law-professor-punches-back-at-obama-for-claiming-flynn-dismissal-puts-the-rule-of-law-at-risk?xrs=RebelMouse_fb&ts=1589069113&fbclid=IwAR1TsP-XrcPQ_XAnAE71UB68RXN36MnCpHvclqG3h5FWf8w5ezNzvG_ieXg
Constitutional scholar Jonathan Turley hit back at former President Barack Obama on Saturday over his assertion that the "rule of law is at risk" after the Department of Justice dropped all charges against Michael Flynn.
According to Turley, a self-avowed liberal, Obama's comments reveal how personally invested he was in the Flynn case.
"It is a curious statement. First and foremost, Flynn was not charged with perjury," Turley began.
"Second, we now know Obama discussed charging Flynn under the Logan Act which has never been used successfully to convict anyone and is flagrantly unconstitutional," he continued. "Third, this reaffirms reports that Obama was personally invested in this effort."
Obama said on Friday, Yahoo News reported:
The news over the last 24 hours I think has been somewhat downplayed — about the Justice Department dropping charges against Michael Flynn.
And the fact that there is no precedent that anybody can find for someone who has been charged with perjury just getting off scot-free. That's the kind of stuff where you begin to get worried that basic — not just institutional norms — but our basic understanding of rule of law is at risk. And when you start moving in those directions, it can accelerate pretty quickly as we've seen in other places.
But, according to Turley, there is precedent for the Justice Department's sudden decision — and Obama should look no further than his own attorney general, Eric Holder.
"Finally, there is precedent," Turley wrote. "There is a specific rule allowing for this motion under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 48(a). There are specific Supreme Court cases like Rinaldi v. United States addressing the standard for such dismissals."
"The Justice Department has dismissed cases in the past including the Stevens case," Turley explained. "That was requested by President Obama's own Attorney General Eric Holder for the same reason: misconduct by prosecutors. It was done before the same judge, Judge Sullivan. How is that for precedent?"

Liberal?
Wiki wrote:During the Reagan Administration, Turley worked as an intern with the general counsel’s office of the National Security Agency (NSA).
On November 21, 2014, Turley agreed to represent House Speaker John Boehner and the Republican Party in a suit filed against the Obama administration alleging unconstitutional implementation of the Affordable Care Act, specifically the individual mandate.
On October 11, 2016, Libertarian Party candidate for President, Gary Johnson, announced that if elected Turley would be one of his two top choices for the Supreme Court seat that remained open following the death of Justice Antonin Scalia.
Turley described U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder in an op-ed as President Barack Obama's sin-eater, writing:
"For Obama, there has been no better sin eater than Holder. When the president promised CIA employees early in his first term that they would not be investigated for torture, it was the attorney general who shielded officials from prosecution. When the Obama administration decided it would expand secret and warrantless surveillance, it was Holder who justified it. When the president wanted the authority to kill any American he deemed a threat without charge or trial, it was Holder who went public to announce the "kill list" policy. Last week, the Justice Department confirmed that it was Holder who personally approved the equally abusive search of Fox News correspondent James Rosen's e-mail and phone records in another story involving leaked classified information. In the 2010 application for a secret warrant, the Obama administration named Rosen as "an aider and abettor and/or co-conspirator" to the leaking of classified materials. The Justice Department even investigated Rosen's parents' telephone number, and Holder was there to justify every attack on the news media."
In a December 2013 congressional hearing, responding to a question from Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) about the danger posed by President Barack Obama's apparent unilateral modification of laws passed by Congress, Turley said:
"The danger is quite severe. The problem with what the president is doing is that he's not simply posing a danger to the constitutional system. He's becoming the very danger the Constitution was designed to avoid. That is the concentration of power in every single branch. This Newtonian orbit that the three branches exist in is a delicate one but it is designed to prevent this type of concentration. There is [sic] two trends going on which should be of equal concern to all members of Congress. One is that we have had the radical expansion of presidential powers under both President Bush and President Obama. We have what many once called an imperial presidency model of largely unchecked authority. And with that trend we also have the continued rise of this fourth branch. We have agencies that are quite large that issue regulations. The Supreme Court said recently that agencies could actually define their own or interpret their own jurisdiction."
I think he has hate mission for Obama.
