Thank you for the win.

The following are the Rules:
-------------

1. Winner of the last thread starts the new one with a post of these rules.
2. Chooses a future event which triggers the winner, e.g. post number, date-time, and records it privately somehow (yellow sticky, etc.)
3. Everyone has fun posting until the target event is reached.
4. When the target is reached, old winner posts declaration of new winner and also PMs them.
5. Shortly after this a Mod will lock the recently won thread. (My preference is for the winner to ask the mods to lock the old thread after the new one is started.)
6. No double posts. Violator buys a round for the house in Rocky's.
7. Additional rule retained from the last round - No posts that APPEAR to be blank - these will be ignored or deleted. (Sig lines do not count as part of a post)

Don`t forget to have fun !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes but it's the last one that counts.

A "morning after" post. My scale fussed at me for after a great day of great food. Happy Friday all.

Congrats Admiral.

I never made it to Thanksgiving, so instead I had a burger, fries, chocolate ice cream, apple pie via Uber Eats(Denny's in Victorville CA) and a serving of car trouble, the car trouble set Me back $300. It was a serpentine belt and a tensioner was the cause, Pep Boys fixed it up and charged My battery up, there was about 4" of snow on the cold ground in Victorville CA and the motel said the low was 20F, inside it was warmer, but only just cause it still felt COLD. Now I'm home and the car is fixed. The tow cost $105 and the room in the ice box cost almost $75. All this was due to the pass going closed so I had to turn around and the car needing some work, most is now new under the hood now. Grace is happy I'm home and this the only pic that I snapped, that's Mt Quartzite in the pic.

Xmas 2019 is predicted to be nice and sunny at Cajon Pass, at least that is what accuweather said.

Now My car will be free of maintenance worries for a while.

Of course if My 3 relatives do find something in Texas that they like, then I won't be driving to Pomona after this year anymore and no I don't see Myself driving to Texas either, I'd have to fly there.
