I have a GTX 980 and no tasks for SETI beta? The GTX 1080 Ti has plenty of work on the same computer. I know my GTX 980 works because Prime works on it. Yes, 2 GPUs and 1 computer. I wish all BOINC projects have a GPU compatibility chart. If so I can't find it. |

A GTX 980 works fine. You have something misconfigured. Here is a compatibility chart by virtue of all the different types of gpus reporting work. https://setiathome.berkeley.edu/forum_thread.php?id=81962&postid=1997116 Seti@Home classic workunits:20,676 CPU time:74,226 hours ![]() ![]() A proud member of the OFA (Old Farts Association) |

If you have two GPUs from the same basic manufacturer (nvidia, amd, intel) but of different types (GTX980, GX1080......) you have to set "use all GPUs" otherwise only the highest performance one will get work. The majority of projects do not have someone like Shaggie76 who is prepared to send time creating such a chart, which is a shame, but also understandable.
