I installed Thermaltake Fans and i'm using the TT RGB Plus software to control and monitor the temps of the CPU
and GPU. However, I noticed that BOINC now becomes suspended all the time even when there is no movement on the KB and mouse. I have to keep it on all the time to be able to run it. Is there a fix on BOINC's side?

Shut down or uninstall the TT RGB Plus software to make sure it is what is causing the behaviour.
If it is, re-enable/install it & use Task Manager on the Process tab (or better yet Process Explorer) to see just how much CPU time the programme is using- it should be less than 1% (ideally around 0.5%). If it's any higher than that, check for an update from the manufacturer.

And/or, in your Account under Computing preferences you could set
Suspend when computer is in use
and
Suspend GPU computing when computer is in use
to disabled (make sure no tick is next to them)

and set
Suspend when non-BOINC CPU usage is above --- %
to 0.
That way (if it is the cause) this poorly behaved programme won't stop Seti from processing work, but Seti will still give it the CPU resources it needs.

Save those changes, and the next time BOINC contacts Seti, it will get those new settings (or you can just click on Update in the Manager).

You could also make use of some command line values to take full advantage of your RTX 2080Tis- they are capable of doing a lot more work than they presently are.

Yup I did all that, except the setting to 0 cause it won't allow it. It's still in suspended mode. But, I changed all that so it will just run anyway. I'll contact Thermaltake about the problem.

What are the command lines on the RTX. I'm running two of them watercooled and they're not even breaking a sweat. The hottest they get is 40c.

Thanks.

I would go with:
-sbs 1024 -period_iterations_num 1 -tt 1500 -high_perf -high_prec_timer -spike_fft_thresh 4096 -tune 1 64 1 4 -oclfft_tune_gr 256 -oclfft_tune_lr 16 -oclfft_tune_wg 256 -oclfft_tune_ls 512 -oclfft_tune_bn 64 -oclfft_tune_cw 64

And change the app_info.xml file from count=1 to count=0.5 or make a app_config.xml file and add a count=0.5 to run doubles on each card.

app_config.xml is best.
Make a mistake there, and nothing happens. Make a mistake in app_info.xml & you trash all your work. And as Familyjuice is running stock, they don't want to even go near an app_info.xml at all.
