Hello just rejoined Seti@home and I would like to start crunching again.

I have installed latest version of CUDA toolkit (10)
Installed latest BOINC
Rebooted
Ran BOINC application as Administrator
Reset project to download new files

Intel proc is getting hammered, GPU running at 1%.

My system is windows 10
NVIDIA TItan Xp

What did I miss?

I forgot to mention I did not use the BOINC + virtual Box installer. Would that make any difference?

It can take a few hours for the servers to start delivering tasks to your GPUs - you now have some.
BTW - it is not necessary to install the CUDA toolkit for SETI to be able to run applications on an nVidia GPU, and running the toolkit instead of the drivers has given some folks problems over the years.
Generally, unless a particular project you are running uses Virtual Box there is no need to install it, running in a virtual box does not aid performance, and may even restrict it to a certain extent.
