Thanks Carlos... Oh and the thread is now HEXed... ;) Though the number is an Octa, sorry it's not 2687w v2, though that might be My next cpu here. A new winning number has been written down. The following are the Rules: ------------- 1. Winner of the last thread starts the new one with a post of these rules. 2. Chooses a future event which triggers the winner, e.g. post number, date-time, and records it privately somehow (yellow sticky, etc.) 3. Everyone has fun posting until the target event is reached. 4. When the target is reached, old winner posts declaration of new winner and also PMs them. 5. Shortly after this a Mod will lock the recently won thread. (My preference is for the winner to ask the mods to lock the old thread after the new one is started.) 6. No double posts. Violator buys a round for the house in Rocky's. 7. Additional rule retained from the last round - No posts that APPEAR to be blank - these will be ignored or deleted. (Sig lines do not count as part of a post) Don`t forget to have fun !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The game is a foot. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

Victor, if you asked people about teaching Arabic numbers in school you might get some negative feedback. Even in the hallowed hall of Berkeley there might be some concern about use of Arabic. But you are the winner, so Roman, Arabic, Babylonian, Mayan, it's all Greek to me. |

I just prefer regular numbers, they are on My keyboard. Be glad I didn't post the thread number in Binary in the thread title... 100011111 = 287... The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

I am glad you didn't use Enigma code. Then we would really be lost. Might even have to start another project to figure it out. |

Yeah, I could have said "Riddle Me this" and such. But I'm not a good Riddler. Yes I know what the enigma code was. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

Congratulations on your win, Vic! Why thank you Angela. Said the human one armed bandit. I hope My Doctor can find Me an orthopedic surgeon, the left arm joint is killing Me, lots of pain at times, only 8hr tylenol here now that I can't handle Naproxen anymore, in which case I will be getting 2 or 3 joints replaced... Possibly both hips and the right shoulder since all 3 have OA in them. Water weight and infection caused by the Naproxen. I took 2 8hr acetaminophen pills just now, the heaviest object My left arm can lift at the moment? My cane which is hollow. In case the Doctor can't I think I can thru IEHP, though I may have to be away from home and Grace needs to be taken care of and she is not chipped. Once More Unto the Breach. Life is like a big merry-go-round, You're up and then down, Going in circles trying to get to where you are. Everybody's been counting you out, But where are they now? Sitting in the same old place, Just faces in the crowd. We all make mistakes, You might fall on your face, But you gotta get up! I'd rather stand tall Than live on my knees, 'Cause I am a conqueror, And I won't accept defeat! Try telling me no, One thing about me Is I am a conqueror, I am a conqueror! Ooh ooh We all make mistakes, You might fall on your face, But you gotta get up! We all make mistakes, You might fall on your face, But you gotta get up! Don't ever give up!! I'd rather stand tall (oooh) Than live on my knees (can't live on my knees) 'Cause I am a conqueror (I am a conqueror) And I won't accept defeat! (And I won't accept defeat) Try telling me no (try telling me no) One thing about me (one thing about me) Is I am a conqueror (is I am a conqueror) I am a conqueror! Ooh oh (Ooh oh) I am a conqueror! |
