Anybody getting work? See the RTS buffer is full. Or are we still fighting over a refill. Seti@Home classic workunits:20,676 CPU time:74,226 hours A proud member of the OFA (Old Farts Association) |

I'm wondering about this WU: https://setiathome.berkeley.edu/workunit.php?wuid=3616137947 It's been sitting there for a week without being validated or whatever is happening, so what's up? |

Different problem than simply being missed by the validators which happen occasionally. Normally you just wait for the original task deadline to come around and the validators get a second crack at it. But it your case, the scheduler is not being told to send out another copy to a fourth wingmen for validation. I'm wondering about this WU: https://setiathome.berkeley.edu/workunit.php?wuid=3616137947 And that the worst possible case scenario We will know an answer by 15 Oct 2019, 17:08:58 UTC as this is the earliest deadline for this result. I am certainly hopeful though you will not have to wait that long to receive credit for your work |

I'm wondering about this WU: https://setiathome.berkeley.edu/workunit.php?wuid=3616137947This is a common problem that happens just after an outage, but that workunit should progress again when the 3rd wingman's Report deadline of the 16 Oct 2019, 8:47:53 UTC comes along. Cheers. |

I am certainly hopeful though you will not have to wait that long to receive credit for your work Not credit I want, it's the last WU remaining before I can delete that host :) |

I am certainly hopeful though you will not have to wait that long to receive credit for your work I would think that you could cleanly delete the host so long as the WU has been reported, regardless of validation. Perhaps I'm wrong, but I wouldn't hesitate to cleanly delete in that scenario. |

Until the WU deletions get over the hump and start trending down, the creation rate is going to be the pits. Seti@Home classic workunits:20,676 CPU time:74,226 hours A proud member of the OFA (Old Farts Association) |

Beta server status, several functions have stopped. . . I suspect that is due to the integration of Muarae2 which is mounted but not running. So I guess my "Parkes" machine will very shortly be migrating over to Beta, nice of them to time Muarae2's debut with the end of WOW :) Stephen :) |

Beta server status, several functions have stopped. Where did you get the information that the new server was called Muarae2? I only saw the post by Jeff Cobb that the new upload server was a replacement for Bruno. Seti@Home classic workunits:20,676 CPU time:74,226 hours A proud member of the OFA (Old Farts Association) |

Keith, he's looking at the servers over at Beta. If you check the server status you will see it there. Eric also post in Beta about testing it "soon" but that was several days ago. |

It has been referred to in a few places, but if my memory serves correctly the most recent was the message from Eric saying that it was to be deployed in Beta for testing prior to being integrated into main. Keith, he's looking at the servers over at Beta. If you check the server status you will see it there. I know I looked at Beta. But wasn't Murae2 already there from long ago. The upload server does not have a friendly name, just setiboincdata.ssl.berkeley.edu which is the resolved name for the IP address. Still showing "Not running" The upload server "setiboincdata.ssl.berkeley.edu" is shown running. FYI looking at the Beta Server stats a few minutes ago, it looks like it has been deployed! . . Yep, it is now running as a broad spectrum validator, file_deleter and 'vote monitor???' . . An hour or so before it was all in 'not running' status so I am guessing someone is working on it just now. . . I will have to wait a day or so to clear up all the main WUs (from WOW) and then I will swing over to Beta, probably on Sunday. Stephen |

Keith, he's looking at the servers over at Beta. If you check the server status you will see it there. . . The previously existing servers are Muarae and Muarae4. Stephen :) |

The status page is blank for me. I hope this is just temporary. |
