Well the fuel losses from the SR-71 Blackbird where quite immense even on ground.
They leak a lot.

Turbofan afterburners? That is a bit of a contradiction. The P&W J58 is an afterburning turbojet with a unique compressor bleed to the afterburner.

Home to aircraft like the Lockheed U-2 and the SR-71 Blackbird, there was not a missile made that could catch the SR-71 before the missile ran out of fuel, since the SR-71 could just light up those big GE turbofan afterburners and be over the horizon in almost no time at all, the SR-71 used Titanium like the screws in My left calf for the planes structure and used the fuel to help cool the plane before being burned.
Titanium?. Soviet submarines was built with that. Perhaps even new Russian subs.

Titanium is not abundant here on earth, but there seems to be a ready supply. I have a watch made of titanium. Not cheap but not super expensive either.

Today it seems like in the Barent Sea there are plenty of Titanium. Together with Uranium and Plutonium... "Top Secret" Losharik (AS-12) for instance...
Anyway. The Naruto gathering is at Friday, September 20, 2019 at 03:00–06:00 PDT.
Now more then a million will show up:)

3 screws vs a watch, which is more expensive? The watch can be removed easily, the screws with very great difficulty...

Linked the prices for each.

I'm REALLY curious if anyone actually bought a plane ticket or is getting ready to drive down for this.

The USAF is ready and willing for sure...

It’s “Mission: Impossible” meets “Mars Attacks” — and it’s going down at Area 51.

LOL:)
“[Area 51] is an open training range for the US Air Force, and we would discourage anyone from trying to come into the area where we train American armed forces,” USAF spokeswoman Laura McAndrews told the Washington Post. “The US Air Force always stands ready to protect America and its assets.”

What? No state of the art underground vaults in the US?

It is a gunnery bombing practice range. Lots and lots of "duds" that maybe aren't so dud.
It is also the place the USA likes to use to test nukes, so it is kind of "hot" in places, like Chernobyl.
I can just see a million fools running through there now. Can't envision a million lead lined coffins though.

Yep, live ammo training, I remember it very well, the military doesn't use blanks.

Every once in a while I feel the home shake, it's cause I live near a training base @ Fort Irwin, I even saw 2 jet fighters turn over Barstow CA and then proceed to break the sound barrier, they could have been Navy or Marines or even the US hAir Force...

I cannot give out too much info but yes there are state of the art underground vaults. That's all I will say.

Sadly, I honestly think there is a good chance of this attempt ending in bloodshed.
I wouldn't want to be the first fool in line that thinks they can stroll through the gates of a US military installation and live to tell about it.
Hope cool heads prevail and the conflict can be avoided.
Just don't even go there.

Meow.

Should add that the gates are way beyond the entrance. Here is the line in the sand.
