My only active cruncher seems to have decided to only crunch CUDA32 on GPU, where it used to (nearly exclusively) run CUDA42 tasks, as they were a touch faster than CUDA50 (higher flops). I've just looked at a batch of CUDA32s and they all seem to be -9, but they're counting as valid even against CPU tasks on other hosts that have reported normally.

Is there any way to stop my machine crunching CUDA32s?

Have you just changed anything on that computer (e.g. graphics driver, RAM etc)?
Otherwise, periodically BOINC will try other applications to make sure you have the "best" application (and a grade one pain that is too).
The only way to actually stop this from happening is to move onto the "optimised" applications, but then you become responsible for making sure you update the application if there is a major update (and there isn't one on the horizon just now). The easiest way fo running the optimised applications is to use the installer, there are a number of places where this can be found, "lunatics" & "mikes web" are two that come to mind (sorry I can't give you links just now, but if you google "seti lunatics download" they will be very near the top of the list. Download and run the installer, select the CPU application you need (I would guess that the Intel AVX app would be the one to go for), then select the nvidia applications, and choose the one you want, you may also want to choose to do the "AstroPulse" tasks so select those applications for both the CPU and GPU.

After using the installer let things run for a short time, keeping a close eye on the results, it is possible to choose a CPU application that will only deliver garbage, in which case try one of the higher "sssex" versions.

I don't see an OpenCL driver on your Windows box. I am told that you need that to run SOG gpu type tasks? You might try downloading a Nvidia driver directly from Nvidia and installing it. Usually it is a good idea to stop Boinc while you are doing so. And re-boot after the driver upgrade.

Windows drivers from Microsoft often do not have everything we need to properly crunch gpu tasks.

Tom - yet again you do not answer the question. The OP is talking about CUDA applications on an "old" processor, so OpenCL and SoG are totally irrelevant.
