In the last 24hrs Brazil out did the U.S. by recording over 22,000 new cases, became the 2nd country to pass 400,000 reported cases and passing 25,000 reported deaths putting them into 6th place by total deaths (but it won't be long before they make it to 6th spot).

Well while the U.S. surpasses 100,000 recorded deaths and Brazil reports over 1,000 deaths for a 24hr period India is lining itself up to knock Turkey out of 9th spot while Peru is doing the same for Iran's 11th place, Chile has stormed passed Saudi Arabia for 15th spot and now has Canada in its sights while Qatar has taken 20th from the Netherlands.

Meanwhile China is down to 14th, Israel and Japan are down to 39th and 40th respectively, South Korea 49th, Norway 54th, Australia 61st, Finland 64th and Vietnam is way down in 146th spot.

EcoHealth Alliance said the terminated grant aimed to analyse the risk of coronaviruses and help to design vaccines and drugs against them.
