....apparently the Captain didn't send a letter through open channels..............Aside from the Pentagon, what open channels are they? https://www.stripes.com/news/us/pentagon-orders-installations-to-stop-reporting-coronavirus-cases-as-military-linked-infections-eclipse-1-000-1.624244 "Unit level readiness data for key military forces is information that is classified as a risk to operational security and could jeopardize operations and/or deterrence,” Hoffman said in the statement. “If a commander believes that [the coronavirus] could affect the readiness of our strategic deterrent or strategic response forces, we understandably protect that information from public release and falling into the hands of our adversaries — as we expect they would do the same.” "Sour Grapes make a bitter Whine." <(0)> |

21 million Chinese died of coronavirus – US intelligence officials intercept data https://web.archive.org/web/20200406190917/https://n5ti.com/health/1233/ New data intercepted by the United States reveals that 21 million people died in China from December 2019 to March 2020, US intelligence officials conclude in a classified report for the Trump administration. CAVEAT!....there are no sources or reports cited in the article just inferred information. From other sources I could find...... 21 Million Fewer Cellphone Users in China May Suggest a High CCP Virus Death Toll https://www.theepochtimes.com/the-closing-of-21-million-cell-phone-accounts-in-china-may-suggest-a-high-ccp-virus-death-toll_3281291.html Why Did 21 Million Chinese Phones Go Dark During COVID-19 Outbreak? – Shore News Network https://publicfigure.com/2020/04/12/why-did-21-million-chinese-phones-go-dark-during-covid-19-outbreak-shore-news-network/ Checking with Snopes (apparently every discreditor's go to de-bunker), there is no corroboration or denial....just nothing at all on the subject of Chinese Cell Phone accounts. Please accept this post as intended, a questioning of the actual number of deaths and rate of infection for COVID-19. "Sour Grapes make a bitter Whine." <(0)> |

France to isolate 1,900 sailors after virus-hit naval ship docks https://www.thelocal.fr/20200412/france-to-isolate-1900-sailors-after-virus-hit-naval-ship-docks?fbclid=IwAR0WAlR4uaS29C1a8GgJBT6XqGsvieuE0ECWPdLNoQKsX-od4sCZhzvNFI8 The flagship of the French navy docked in the southern port of Toulon, after cutting short its current mission in the Mediterranean and the Atlantic by 10 days because of the outbreak. ....apparently the Captain didn't send a letter through open channels............. I wonder what the available for duty percentage is aboard Russian and Chinese warships? And more importantly in this upside down world what this does to the 'balance of power'. Kremlin says Moscow hospitals flooded as coronavirus death toll passes 100 MOSCOW, April 11 (Reuters) - The Kremlin said on Saturday a "huge influx" of coronavirus patients was beginning to put a strain on hospitals in Moscow as Russia's death toll rose to more than 100. Unfortunately, it appears it is now Russia's "turn". As with all around the world. We can only hope and pray for those infected. BTW: Our very good friend, 81 years old Jimmy, who was taken to the Hospital a couple of days ago. Tested positive for COVID-19. He is still not on a ventilator and a Nurse on his floor, during a telephone call from us, described his condition as "stable". Love him... ...or hate him He pulls no punches. @Bob Sorry to hear that. As a former multi-drop delivery driver, my colleagues & I rarely failed a delivery. The ones we did were due to either the goods or property defeating us. |

Profiteering getting worse. A bottle of 70% rubbing alcohol is going for $20 plus shipping on ebay. A doordash driver this morning drove off with my weekly grocery order of $75. Doordash was hired by the grocery market to make deliveries. I will get a refund from the store but I will either have to resubmit my order or go to the store in person. When I contacted doordash they said they were sorry for the inconvenience and then terminated the link. False Negatives Raise Doctors' Doubts About Coronavirus Tests (Bloomberg) -- False-negative results from coronavirus tests are becoming an increasing concern, say doctors trying to diagnose patients and get a grip on the outbreak, as a surprising number of people show up with obvious symptoms only to be told by the tests that they don’t have the disease. From BBC live report 09:54. You might remember the story about a US Navy captain who was fired for publicly raising the alarm about a coronavirus outbreak on his ship. |

One small bit of good news. We recognize that due to various stay‑at‑home directives, customers are driving less. In light of this, during the month of April we are reducing auto insurance premiums by 25% on Farmers branded and 21st Century branded policies. No action is needed from you, as the reduction will be applied automatically as a credit on your next billing statement. If you recently paid your account in full, we will issue you a refund for the amount of the reduction. As the situation progresses, we will determine if further action is required. |

One country on the list (no longer allowed to be named) is very conspicuous by the absence of new cases or fatalities. And another not on the list bordering the country no longer named, claims no cases at all. Those details were missed at that time because the previous day's figures had gone through and they were awaiting the new day's figures to start again, but you can check the site now, https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/#countries, and those figures are there (they're current +46 and +3 on them ATM and those same figures disappear from the U.S.'s and other countries at times as well). ;-) |

Countries that are much closer to Sweden then the other two countries (no longer allowed to be named). |

The top 10 are still not looking good especially with the U.S. still going gang busters. One country on the list (no longer allowed to be named) is very conspicuous by the absence of new cases or fatalities. And another not on the list bordering the country no longer named, claims no cases at all. Draw what conclusions you may but both conspicuous entities have been proven in the past to not be forthcoming with all or any of the facts of most situations involving the health and welfare of their citizens.........one went so far as to silence at least one canary in the coalmine.............. The top 10 are still not looking good especially with the U.S. still going gang busters. Comparing countries like that doesn't work. Better to check regions within countries and match that to other regions in other countries. Then it becomes more clearly. It's big cities and the regions around them that are most hit. For an example in Sweden it's the county Stockholm having more than 4 times more infected people then the rest of Sweden. And in Italy it's Lombardy. The same in the US with most people infected in the state of New York. And in California as well I belive. |
