Note a key description in there:

"when consumed in large quantities"

What is "large quantities?" One a year? One a minute?
Scientific studies quote numbers. Speculation waves arms.

Try reading the report?...

Was wondering if you, who must have a subscription to JAMA, might quote that part.

'Wake up call': 1M new STD infections daily
https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/policy/healthcare/wake-up-call-1-million-new-std-infections-daily

More than 1 million new cases of sexually transmitted diseases pop up across the world every day, a figure that shows health officials have made little progress in curbing infections over the course of about five years.

“We’re seeing a concerning lack of progress in stopping the spread of sexually transmitted infections worldwide,” Dr. Peter Salama, the World Health Organization executive director for universal health coverage and life course, said in a statement.

Large Ebola outbreaks new normal, says WHO
https://www.bbc.com/news/health-48547983

Climate change, emerging diseases, exploitation of the rainforest, large and highly mobile populations, distrust of healthcare workers, weak governments and conflicts are making outbreaks more likely to occur and more likely to swell in size once they do.

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement has placed 5,200 adult immigrants in quarantine after being exposed to mumps or chicken pox, a dramatic jump from just a few months ago, the agency says.
ICE has recorded cases of either mumps or chicken pox in 39 immigrant detention centers nationwide, an ICE official tells CNN.

BWERA, Uganda (AP) — The isolation ward for Ebola patients is a tent erected in the garden of the local hospital.

Gloves are distributed sparingly to health workers.

And, when the second person in this Uganda border town died after the Ebola outbreak spread from neighbouring Congo , the hospital, for several hours, could not find a vehicle to take away the body.

“We don’t really have an isolation ward,” Bwera Hospital administrator, Pedson Buthalha, told The Associated Press.

How Measles Detectives Work To Contain An Outbreak
https://khn.org/news/how-measles-detectives-work-to-contain-an-outbreak/

On any given day, more than 4,000 people pass through the library at California State University-Los Angeles.

On April 11, one of them had measles. The building has only one entrance, which means that anyone who entered or exited the library within two hours of that person’s visit potentially was exposed to one of the most contagious diseases on Earth.

'Living drug' offers hope to terminal blood cancer patients
https://www.bbc.com/news/health-48706822

NHS patients with lymphoma have for the first time been given a pioneering treatment that genetically reprogrammes their immune system to fight cancer.

Mike Simpson, 62, from Durham, says his cancer is now "on the run".

The therapy, called CAR-T, is a "living drug" that is tailor-made for each patient using their body's own cells

As Ebola outbreak rages, plan to test second vaccine sparks debate
https://www.sciencemag.org/news/2019/06/ebola-outbreak-rages-plan-test-second-vaccine-sparks-debate

When the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) declared its 10th Ebola outbreak in August 2018, it had one weapon that was unavailable during the previous nine: a highly effective vaccine, produced by Merck & Co. Ten months later, health workers have administered some 130,000 doses, yet the epidemic is still raging; it is now the second largest in history, with more than 1500 deaths.
