After an a project elaboration and uploading the system seem to restart elaborate the same project like in a loop....i mean the graphic show me that the project in elaboration is always the same, same position in the sky, same day of observation at the green bank radiotelescope...do i missing something?

Data arrives in batches. A single batch generally coming from the same place in the sky, and is observed over the same time slot.
In recent weeks most data has come from the Green Bank Telescope, which is doing highly selective searches, and each search takes many hours to complete.
Also the graphics are only a representation of the data, not an actually "picture" of it - you might find SetiSpirit will give you a better picture of what you have been doing.
