Scotland's biggest bus operator has announced it is building the UK's largest electric vehicle charging hub.

First Bus will install 160 charging points and replace half its fleet with electric buses at its Caledonia depot in Glasgow...

Along with everybody else needing to charge their vehicles for use the next business day. Considering the numbers involved it could be that night time might not be the low consumption time.

With the time it takes to do major infrastructure changes the the time between now and when Boris has said we will all go electric is not long.

In fact it is very short.

Give me a time frame for when every street in the country where there is no off-road parking and outside multistory dwellings, for the electricity distribution companies to install two charge points for every ten houses.

We do at least seem to be getting towards good clean power systems
