Looks like the server is case sensitive. So it would seem. Making the file extension uppercase was an error I found and corrected, but for some reason the rights weren't correct for display off the local network. Not really trying to run a web server there, just a convenient and reliable place to stick the odd file I want to provide access to. Really not ready to do a full LAMP here, especially on that box.
