was reviewing my task history and noticed that all of my linux astropulse (on one system) are erroring out "no coproc" https://setiathome.berkeley.edu/result.php?resultid=7978253979 the app is 7.08 astropulse_v7 (opencl_nvidia_100) all of the seti apps work fine 8.01 setiathome_v8 (cuda90) I rarely get an astropulse and have no idea what cause this. Just went to preferences and removed the astropulse option until I can figure out the problem [edit] guessing OpenCL was not installed with that 430 driver. Trying sudo apt install --reinstall nvidia-cuda-toolkit Needs a better way to find problems right away. I don't always sees these errors as there is so much of the v8 obscuring |

You need to install OpenCl for astropulses. You installed cuda but not OpenCl. Search the forum for the command. I would do it but I’m donating blood and only have my cell phone. |
