Hello Seti@Home Team,
I have noticed that work unit 3169360170 was completed on 4 Dec 2018, 20:39:09 UTC by all computers (2 failed, 2 completed) but its status is still showing as Completed, waiting for validation.
Can you tell me what has happened to this work unit?

Many thanks,
Neil

Hello Seti@Home Admin Team,
I have found another work unit (3291942814) that seems to have hung up in the completion process.
This unit was completed, waiting validation by the second computer on 26 Feb 2019, 23:06:28 UTC.

Is there somewhere that completed work units that seem to have hung can be reported?

Many thanks,
Neil

There is normally a fallback: if a validation is missed, it is automatically re-checked when it reaches the original deadline. In this case, the 26 Feb task should be checked at 19 Apr 2019, 15:06:41 UTC.

Have a look at WU 3291942814 on Friday afternoon UTC, and see if it's gone through - made it easy with a link :-). If it works, we don't have to involve the staff.

Thank you Richard,
That appears to have done the trick, the hung work unit has now disappeared.
All the best,
Neil
