Today, MacOS released Security Update 2019-001 10.13.6 High Sierra.

BEWARE, as always, IF you have NVIDIA Maxwell or Pascal GPUs DO NOT Update until NVIDIA releases new Web Drivers.

In addition to the Security Update, there is a Safari Update to 12.0.3 - this CAN be Updated SEPARATELY from the Security Update.

[Update:]

New NVIDIA Web Driver 387.10.10.10.40.118 has been released, (as of last night), and has been made available on InsanelyMac's Website. In addition, the "Auto" Updater in the NVIDIA Web Driver should prompt you to Update the Driver AFTER getting Security Update 2019-001 for 10.13.6 Installed. (This worked for me...)
