First replace thermal tape on wraith cooler and replace with arctic silver. took 30 degrees C off. idle was 60C now 30C .
If you OC CPU, temperature went to 80 degrees C and system will lock up with 100% setiathome usage.
Switched to silent and under full load, temps are staying below 60C. 3000-3500Mhz
I bought a case destined for trash that had a sempron on MB.
It had a 220W power supply.
With no video card system is reporting 33.35W usage under full load.

I did OC memory to 3200Mhz dual channel.

I bought a motherboard/cpu.gpu/cpu fan combo with everything installed. I am reluctant to take it apart. It seems to be crunching in the same neighborhood as yours (or was, I throttled the cpu to 3.3GHz) a while ago to see if I could get the gpu to run faster.

I am using Windows 10 Pro.
I mostly have been using MSI gaming app to change Overclocking.
it has 3 settings.
OC 3.9 Ghz 1.42v
Gaming 3.5-3.9 Ghz 1.35V
Silent 3.0-3.5 Ghz 1.3V

It allows you to just switch settings and reboot.
It will put temps and fps on game screens.

With Setiathome at 100% it has eventually stopped and taken to long to be come back.
I was going to put a water cooler in to bring temps down but it was too big. Will put on when I upgrade.

If you do Over clocking on Motherboard, you Overclock the frequency until it becomes unstable.
Then up the voltage until the new freq becomes unstable again and back off.
You can try to adjust freq until you find sweet spot but there is a danger you can break something.

The Ryzen processor has worked better than I thought it would. On games it has stayed just below 30 fps with the high settings.
Unlike My Intel computer it is consistent and still looks wonderful. Similar Intel would be jerky bouncing from 10-50 fps.

After replacing the thermal tapes that came with the Wraith cooler, the temperatures have been very good. Seems to be 30 degrees lower.

Only do what you are willing to do.
One of the first computers I built for setiathome, I tried water cooling with flexible tubing. I ran computer for awhile and there was no signs of leaks. I left the next day, I left all day.
When I got home there was bad smell in room and there was the colored liquid coming out computer. A fitting had let go and computer overheated.
