Hi Members, Installed SETI@home last week on my laptop. In regards to the screen saver graphics, I noticed that the "Time, Power, Frequency Grid" is empty. It shows nothing. Is there a way to display the graphics inside this grid? See screenshot attached. Thank you kindly. OS: Windows 7 Pro |

It's a defect in the Intel GPU drivers, it'll work normally if you would us the Nvidia GPU for driving your monitor instead of using the Intel GPU. By the way, better not run any work on the Intel GPU, it's not worth the extra energy usage and heat. |

This being a laptop, you'll probably have to do that from the BIOS/EUFI. You'll have to check your laptop's documentation on that. |

Thank you once again. I performed the following operations: 1) Went into Bios and verified that my Nvidia is -in fact- enabled. 2) Went into my Graphics properties and Nvidia control panel and made adjustments as per web site url below: https://support.serato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202305784-Changing-graphics-card-settings-to-use-your-dedicated-GPU-on-a-Windows-computer- Result: Rebooted and still no-change. The time, power, frequency grid still remains empty. |

What is possible is that the OpenGL drivers from the Intel device are used. You might want to install the Nvidia drivers from Nvidia, instead of allowing them to be installed by Windows. Although in Windows 10 Microsoft decides when you get new drivers, even when you've set about all settings that it shouldn't do it like that. They're evil that way. https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us, use a Clean Install - option is in the installer. |

Success! Ageless, thank you for your patience and help. The FIX: I deleted the Nvidia driver and windows automatically started to reinstall the Nvidia driver. I let it proceed and if it continued to NOT show the "Time, Power, Frequency Grid Display" then I would have deleted the driver again and reinstalled it manually as per your advice. However after windows reinstalled the Nvidia driver, I reeboted and the graphic finally appeared in the "Time, Power, Frequency Grid". The display also appears successfully inside the BOINC manager under "Show graphics". |

This image was posted using Chrome instead of Firefox. Can anyone see the image below? It displays perfectly on my end of the forum regardless if I use chrome or firefox. |

This photo is linked with my Flikr account. It displays properly on my side of the SETI@home forum post. "Google-Photos" and "Dropbox" sharing apparently do not work with this forum. Is this photo viewable below? |
