I've stated previously that I can't see it happening.

To date, still not convinced it will

IMO, Brexit is shooting yourself in the foot and the EU is supplying the bullets.

If you like to see what the polls say, with lots of charts and graphs then How voters want Brexit to be sorted out.

I think it is fairly accurate, it seems to represent the views I hear.

Future historians will look back & say that this was May's biggest mistake...

...Winnie or Maggie she is not. Her head is so far up her ass, she thinks she is being serviced by King Kong himself.

I firmly believe it's that groovy tie that will go down in history though...

There were 432 no votes and 202 yes votes. A historically large defeat: Never before has a British government lost so much in a parliamentary voting.
The old "record" was held by Labor Prime Minister Ramsay MacDonald whose government in October 1924 lost a voting by 166 votes - 364 against 198 - and then resigned.

NO DEAL

Now that it is settled, the EU can finally proceed to reverse the many years of English colonialism and drain that island dry.
or you made your bed, now lay in it.

Because the Dutch, the Germans, the Belgians et al. became the great nations they are by rolling up their sleeves?

Well that was ... festive... wasn't it? An interesting shade of shoot yourself in both feet whilst repeatedly stabbing yourself in the back. All the while juggling the bomb Cameron set before he legged-it from the scene. Losing it in the long grass and stumbling about hoping it will defuse itself before it goes bang seems a fitting tribute to the wall-to-wall pigs breakfast so far. So, you know... well done us...

I wonder what we'll do next...?

Interestingly, on the subject of colonialism, it was predominantly other people in far flung places who were generally made to roll up their sleeves to that end. Just saying ;)
