zoom3+1=4 Volunteer tester Send message Joined: 30 Nov 03 Posts: 65734 Credit: 55,293,173 RAC: 49	Message 1978568 - Posted: 4 Feb 2019, 5:53:48 UTC Well the output for the engine coolant sensor is at the bottom of the engine is probably disconnected like the Serpentine belt was, the heater is more worrying, it could be the heater core needs flushing or something else as I had no heat after the serpentine belt was knocked off, once back on brakes and steering were restored, My friend a retired mechanic thinks the timing belt snapped, but I'm not a mechanic and so I only know what does what, not how to fix it and the ability, a replacement engine with a 30 day parts warranty is available for $250.80 with free shipping on ebay which would fit My car, I don't know how I'd get it, I'd called My sister in law for possible help, none from there, She needs to talk to Her older daughter(My older niece) who is responsible for the finances there. In any case I need to talk to the shop in the morning and get a ride there, maybe the shop can pick Me up and take Me home since this might take some time and they don't have the keys. So, in an effort to help out, I'm shutting down Daedalus, (the cMP 5,1 System), to see about getting the bill back under control. Unfortunate for me as I just put in the Mac NVIDIA GTX-970 last week. I'm, now, not going to be able to see how far that card could go under CUDA90... ðŸ˜” However; as that card can pull 145 Watts under load, it's electricity that can, and needs to be, used elsewhere. I'll still have Daedalus as a Secondary System to the newer Hackintosh, she just won't be Crunching. This now leaves me with ONE System Crunching from 18:00 to 0:900 nightly, (the Hackintosh - iMac 18,3), and the part time Cruncher - Farragut, dad's i7 7700 on Win 10 Pro x64 using the Integrated HD-630 GPU.
