So, in an effort to help out, I'm shutting down Daedalus, (the cMP 5,1 System), to see about getting the bill back under control. Unfortunate for me as I just put in the Mac NVIDIA GTX-970 last week. I'm, now, not going to be able to see how far that card could go under CUDA90... ðŸ˜” However; as that card can pull 145 Watts under load, it's electricity that can, and needs to be, used elsewhere. I'll still have Daedalus as a Secondary System to the newer Hackintosh, she just won't be Crunching. This now leaves me with ONE System Crunching from 18:00 to 0:900 nightly, (the Hackintosh - iMac 18,3), and the part time Cruncher - Farragut, dad's i7 7700 on Win 10 Pro x64 using the Integrated HD-630 GPU. Medical Baseline here, too. PG&E GOUGES the entire area! Dad, mom, and I ALL have health issues that got us qualified, AND, in fact we are covered on Gas as well as Electric, AND the bill STILL hits over $400... TL [EDIT:] Daedalus just got shut down.
