Overlooked Work Unit?

First 2 tasks "validation inconclusive," but tiebreaker came through 21 Nov, which notes "completed, waiting for validation." However, never validated? Could this be reviewed? I'm guessing it is a rare occurrence. Will it just sit in the db forever? Is there a cleanup routine?? (if so, how often is it run?) . I don't have any answers, but just hope that when it is a month "stale" in a few days that some routine will catch it, or maybe a good db clean at the end of the year?? ID: 1970814 ·
