This work unit appears to have fallen through the cracks. First 2 tasks "validation inconclusive," but tiebreaker came through 21 Nov, which notes "completed, waiting for validation." However, never validated? Could this be reviewed?

oops. I'm curious what happens to "lost" WUs like this. I'm guessing it is a rare occurrence. Will it just sit in the db forever? Is there a cleanup routine?? (if so, how often is it run?) . I don't have any answers, but just hope that when it is a month "stale" in a few days that some routine will catch it, or maybe a good db clean at the end of the year??

This happens at times, but usually gets corrected when the tasks hit their report deadlines which in this case is the 10 Jan 2019, 11:28:11 UTC.

Cheers.
