Zillow thinks My home is worth $82,691.00, grain of salt time, LOL.

I'd still need work done in My bedroom on the floor which creaks in one spot, bathrooms(cabinets, sinks, countertops, flooring, toilets) and kitchen(countertop and flooring, repair range), paint in My bedroom and paint outside, snow coat the roof, install 2 more windows, plus electrical and minor drywall repairs.

This place would have to be perfect to be sellable, that just takes time and some money.

Man seen crawling through doggy door during Encinitas break-in
ENCINITAS, Calif. (KGTV) - An Encinitas woman was caught off guard when an intruder squeezed through a doggy door at her home.

Just after 8 a.m. Tuesday, Lexie Linberg was in her upstairs bedroom, located just off Coast Highway 101, when she got an alert from her Ring doorbell camera. A man was knocking at her door. Thinking it was a delivery, Linberg didn't answer. Moments later, she got another alert: someone was in her back yard.

Rip off?
Ultimate Selection Box £50

If bought separately from UK supermarkets Asda, Tesco and Sainsburys the cost of the chocolate bars featured in the Ultimate Selection Box would cost less than half as much at £24.26.

Just to prove that news stories about chocolate, just like buses, come in three's. ‘Willy Wonka, that you?’ A ton of chocolate leaked from a factory and flooded a German street.

Who does not enjoy a good prank from time to time?
‘Chewbacca Roar Contest’ An Epic Stunt By Prankster Who Posted Co-Worker’s Number On Fliers
When the calls of strangers doing their best Chewbacca impersonation began flooding in, Audrey Earleson knew she had been had.
Audrey Earleson has been getting a lot of weird voicemails lately. A lot.

They’re of strangers roaring and growling in the style of everyone’s favorite Wookiee.

But, in a way, the voicemails aren’t that weird. The strangers are just following directions.

I had my car's oil changed today at one of those quick service places, and they told me I needed new windshield wiper blades. They even went so far as to say the driver's side was torn. I just replaced them myself a couple months ago, and there is nothing wrong with them; I checked when I got home. I didn't tell them I had just changed them; I just said I'd wait on that. In hindsight though, that really irritates me that they would try to sell me something that I clearly did not need.

If your local TV station has an investigative team, give them a tip. They love putting hidden cameras all over a car and catching criminals in the act. Also you might want to contact your state bureau of automotive repair and file a complaint.

There is a survey for me to fill out; I might start there, although I don't know how far that will go.

Yes, they clearly want to increase their revenue, I understand that. They wanted to check my cabin air filter, but I told them I had already replaced that recently, which indeed I had.

I will have to replace mine, in a few months, as the right is showing signs, I'm paying for an alternator and a serpentine belt, it'll take Me nearly 6 months I think to get back to this point.

Wife: I have a bag full of used clothing I'd like to donate.
Husband: Why not just throw them in the trash? That's much easier.
Wife: But there are poor starving people who can really use these clothes.
Husband: Honey, anyone who fits into your clothing is not starving.

My refrigerator is so weird. It has wild temperature swings and right now, it has decided to go into deep freeze mode, apparently. My ice cream is so hard it's like concrete, and my milk is getting chunky, and my Cokes are freezing.

Maybe your fridge is getting fridge-o-pause? ;)

Sorry I could not help it, calling a repairman/woman would be a good idea, so far My 2005 Whirlpool 20cuft is doing ok.

Had mine do the same recently. And it isn't an IOT fridge.
Too cold isn't good. Warm is bad.
You could try canned air to blow out any dust from the temp control. Otherwise it may be time to have the control replaced.

My guess which you don't want to hear is a sealed cooling system failure. That usually means replacement. about the cost of your last computer build.

There is a good chance these days that any repairs are going to cost about the same as a replacement.

I would do a thorough check of door seals, and they were the expensive items for an old, out of date, fridge/freezer, as explained by my expert. He also said the charges for a competent repair man* for the other issues were another factor in recommending new, along with being more efficient and cheaper to run.

*competent repair person, most come from the baby boomers and are retiring, most younger people regard "white goods" (which are rarely white these days) as fashion items and should be changed every three years, five at the most. The manufacturers are all too willing to comply with this fad.

Well, as of this morning, you can see it's like the North Pole in both compartments: -7 F in the freezer, and 20 F in the fridge. The freezer temp is ok, really, but it's the fridge compartment which is obviously way too cold. The controls are simplicity itself in the sense it's just a "cold to colder to coldest" range dial for both compartments, located in the roof of the fridge where the light bulbs are. I have both set in the middle of the range, and usually never touch it, but several months ago I noticed things getting too warm, and then too cold, and so I fiddled with the dials, first turning them colder, and then less cold, and then it seemed to reach an agreement with me when I set it back on medium cold again, and talked to it, but in the last two days it has decided to go for a new ice age.
