Halloween is not much popular in Italy. I had prepared a Lindt chocolate bar with almonds but no kid came to ask for it. I shall have to eat it, they say dark chocolate is good for your health. Tullio |

May the good Lord help us now that it is past Halloween night. Walmart now will sell the over purchased candy at a discounted price. |

Well, at very least it's good for your mood:)they say dark chocolate is good for your health. Chocolate contains tryptophan, a chemical in the brain that is used to produce the neurotransmitter, serotonin. High levels of serotonin stimulate the secretion of endorphins, and produce feelings of elation. Serotonin is found in the antidepressant Prozac, and the designer drug “ecstasy†produces its effects by increasing serotonin levels in the brain. So… antidepressants, illegal drugs, or a Hershey’s bar. You pick.I have read that bananas has the same effect. |

Well, at very least it's good for your mood:)they say dark chocolate is good for your health. In a few weeks people in North America who eat turkey will be getting a dosage of tryptophan, to that end I got a flu shot like I do every year, I take 1000mcg(1mg) of Vitamin B-12 everyday which helps with brain functioning.
