I hope your city infrastructures have been somewhat spared to facilitate repairs, and that no one lost his or her life. I'm pretty sure Hydro-Quebec and Hydro-Ontario will send (as they did last year in Georgia and Florida) a few hundred technicians to help you guys restore the power grid... sort of back now. it was 44F last night. i had to throw out everything in the refrigerator. $$$ even the ice cream, which you know, it is a mortal sin to throw away ice cream. i'm going to h-e-double toothpicks.... you would not believe how many trees were down and we were very far away from landfall. sort of back now. it was 44F last night.Not warm at all for Florida, especially if power isn't restored yet... i had to throw out everything in the refrigerator. $$$ even the ice cream, which you know, it is a mortal sin to throw away ice cream.The last ice cream quart just before a hurricane is a promise the next one will fulfill, right ? you would not believe how many trees were down and we were very far away from landfall.As long as none fell on your house during Michael's clean-up. The next ones you plant with your loved ones will have a special meaning, and will be harder to unroot than those older felled trees.
