Why does team avg not go up.

We added 8 new user to our team. They all had avg. around 3k to 5k. The team avg has went down? how does that make sense. We add more power and users and our avg data goes down. Some thing is wrong with the points system, |

It takes more than a couple of weeks for individual RAC's to stabilise, and even longer for a team's RAC to reflect newcomers in an upwards direction. Also, recently, there has been a general reduction in credits per task, and, sadly reductions show up far faster.
