I was hoping the Bears vs. Vikings game next weekend would
be meaningless to the Bears however, I heard it has some bearing
(pun intended) on the Bears getting the Bi week in the playoffs.

I know the Rams won the Superbowl with Kurt Warner as QB in St. Louis.

Did the Rams ever go to the Superbowl while in LA ? I can't remember )

Vince Ferragamo QB, Super Bowl XIV, 1979, lost to Pittsburgh. The year Carroll Rosenbloom passed and the crazy woman got control.

Will the Monsters of the Midway (12W 4 L) have the Philadelphia Eagles (9W 7L) for an early dinner starting in about 15 hours?

The Cowboys could of had at least one - possibly two more touchdown(s) if it was not for some bad passing/receiving plays early on and a bad call by the referee's in the 4th quarter (along with the Cowboys not challenging the bad call by the ref).

Again, some controversial calls by the referees in the Bears / Eagle game causing the Bears to loose the game (by two points) they should of won.

Getting %#(O&&%#$ with the referees deciding who is going to win the game.

Too bad the NFL does not make it PUBLICLY TRANSPARENT that they hold the referees accountable for their bad calls. Nothing has changed PUBLICLY since at least 2013.
Top few search results for "does the NFL hold referees accountable for bad calls":
From 2013: How Are NFL Refs Held Accountable for Their Performance?

From 2015: The NFL Is Finally Punishing Bad Referees The NFL may be hoping to cut down on incidents like #Batgate.

From 2017: Mike Mularkey questions why referees aren’t publicly held accountable and he’s got a point,
"You just want to see people held accountable as coaches and players are every Sunday."
Mularkey points out that referees are graded and if they have a bad game and make mistakes, that hurts their chances of doing playoff games. But other than that, that’s all we seem to hear when a referee makes a bad call.

Is there anyone who still thinks it is taking a knee that is making people turn off the NFL, not the sorry state of the rules and officials?

There has been talk on KTLA 5 of an all Los Angeles Super Bowl, between the Bolts and the Rams.

Chicago - Goose Island’s 43-Yard Field Goal Challenge Is Saturday, Do What Cody Parkey Couldn’t And Get Tickets To Any NFL Game In The U.S.
Goose Island doesn't think you can do it. Sign up starts at noon Saturday.

A doubtful Goose Island Brewery is challenging “armchair kickers” who “sit on a throne of potato chips and vape pens” to make a 43-yard field goal outside its Near West Side taproom at 1800 W. Fulton St. Saturday for a pair of tickets to any NFL game, airfare and lodging included.
